A Great & Flop Samsung Smartphone ! 

I Love My Samsung Galaxy A80..Rotating camera working successfully since 2 years.. ✌🏻

I still remember I saw A80 in local train in mumbai and I was blown away by the display. It was soo gorgeous super amoled screen was not able to take my eyes off it

I planned to buy this phone, but the processor stopped me.

I bought this in 2020 lockdown from a local shop at 3 am in the morning 😂... and it still works great... although the back glass has completely shattered but the camera still works great... but the quality is just not good anymore... i have android 11 on it and last security patch was on November 2022

Yes, watching your video through A80. Aur haa abhi bhi badhiya kaam kr rha h phone camera main bhi no issues. Android version 11 (currently). Bought it @ 22k after watching your video 🌟 Still people left speechless after seeing it's camera mechanism 😂.

Bought it at 22k from flipkart and working flawlessly as of now. Great display, great camera setup with eye turning reverse popup mechanism and good build quality. A steal for 22k in 2020.

I personally believe it could've been a success had Samsung continued the trend, while trying to cut some corners to lower the price a bit. It's still one impressive looking device to this day. 😍

I still remember oppo launched a phone with a flipping camera set up which was excellent. But don't know why they discontinued it.

MY father bought a7 at 2018 during launch and I was blown away by seeing 3 cameras at that time,still the phone works very good but battery drains alot.

There is an asus phone with a similar or, perhaps even a better camera flip design. It's called the Asus Zenfone 8 Flip. It's a pretty recent phone as well and worth checking out!

It was also used in asus ka aik phone may be koi to zenphone tha asus ka..😊

My mother has this phone since the launch, and it works fine but it gets drained quickly it has android 11. I have played PUBG for 1 year on it and gave 40fps when cooled. And it still gets updated but it has gotten slow.

I am still using it and all the features are working fine. And the last software update was released on July 2022.

I bought it for 22k on BBD of 2020.. Used it for 3 months and the camera setup became defective.. sold it and bought M51.. But except the camera everything was top notch on it.. I would have surely kept it if it didnt have that rotating camera system..

I had bought LG G8X in 2020 BBD. still working great LG even updated it to android 12 even after quitting the mobile business. But I didn't find the dual display much useful.

i purchased it on for 22k in 2020 it was a grt phone with avg camera and battery. Though camera was its highlight the quality of images were good but nothing impressive. Sold it after 10 months and tried MI and realme phones then but this yr bought s21 fe....simply loved the oneui

I have still A80. Last update was on November 2022. Double SIM slot one ui version is 3.1. Android version 11.

Asus 6Z is also similar to this, its rear camera rotates to the front..Using it for the past 3 years.

Asus 6Z another nice implementation of same hi res cam for front and back. Great panorama shots and free angle shooting capabilities. Snap 855 also at decent price

I have this A80 in my family. I think got it in FK deal. Phone is going good. Display and camera is good enough till this date. Battery backup is not good though. Overall now it's working as basic phone only. No hardcore gaming, basic tasks runs fine.

I bought it on June 2020..still now , not facing any issue ..the camera and the display both are awesome...just the battery is not upto the mark .. Now it's running on Android 11 one UI 3.1.. And the main part is that I am not interested on moving to a new phone by using this awesome camera mechanism phone

My M31 , launched around the same time in 2020 , I actually got an update today , till date I have gotten 2 OS updates upgraded from Android 10 to 12 , and one ui 4.1 . 10/10 software support

I remember galaxy F62, similar mechanism, flagship processor, fairly good in other categories too...

Bought it from flipkart for 21999 in jume 2020. Still working flawlesly, with amazing screen and knox security. Last security patch update was in july 2022. Presently at Android 11. For camera... its motor could get jammed so clean it in some time gap. Having rotating camera of 48MP gives great selfies.

I am currently using this galaxy A80. Bought it 2 years ago. At 22k . 8GB ram 128gb internal was great at that time period. Amoled display during 2019 was extremely great. 48 mp front camera was excellent The large Amoled display 6.9 was great.

I bought this at 22k, awesome machine, camera is doing good, yes 1 July 2022 ko last update hua hai, I qm very happy have Samsung A80, watching you on this phone 😂

Sold my A80 a month ago for 12k after using it for 2.5 years (bought at 22k) l used to love it, just the screen was too big and bulky.

With Samsung's RnD, I am sure the device won't have any long term issues, but this mechanism was surely expensive. Still commendable that they made such innovative design. In my opinion the best camera mechanism was the flip camera by Asus in Zenfone flip. Since the camera in Zenfone flip was completely outside, you can manually flip the camera even if some structural issue arise. Alas, even that mechanism is discontinued.

I own the A80 And yesterday night only the phone fell from my hand and the camera module doesn't flip into selfie mode 🤣🤣 Hope gonna repair it tomorrow And Ya it is still a good phone, basic needs and camera and adequate performance..... Mine works on Android 11 and security patch of July 2022
