super video Pete some great captures there matey mmm 3 red shedsand loved the 37 pulling away from York it sounded awesome thanks for sharing take care, syd👍🦮
Great you were able to get out for this one. I was unable to so had to make do with watching on Railcam UK. Not much point in going to the NRM anymore with so much taken away, including now my favourite diesel locomotive.
Just fantastic Pete. With a triple header red shed to start with, that will be getting Redshed Nick salivating. Thanks for sharing this footage mate, enjoyed every bit of it. Regards, Colin.
It was me on the triple header on 6E20, as I was approaching Kirk Sandal I wondered if you’d be up and about for some filming, then I saw your dogs red jacket and knew you were there. Would have been going a lot quicker if I hadn’t had a red just outside the station that suddenly went green when I was down to about 20mph.
Fantastic mate. I wondered if it was you waving and giving tones out, lol. I had thought I'd missed you passing when I was walking down from my house. So I was well pleased that it showed up you hadn't. It was clagging well over Long Sandall Bridge . I thought they were putting you on slow as my train was behind you, didn't realise they'd held you up. Nice one any way mate. 👌 stay safe mate
@@donnypete Yes I was surprised to get greens coming off the avoider, cutting in front of your passenger train. But then got brought down to a red so I assumed I was being put on the slow as I was now early, only for it just change to a green. So I had to get the 1900t that had just been doing 50mph, that had slowed to 20mph, back going again on a slight gradient - hence the clag.
Sheepherder delight was a great start to your day Pete, then you got that treble header from MG and to top your great day off you got the convoy bloody twice. Brilliant stuff Mike.
Many thanks Mike 😊 it went well. Glad you enjoyed it. It was a touch and go if I was going to catch it or not. The driver of the MG triple is one of my subscribers, hence the horns . Was good to see D200 and 018 out in the fresh air. Unsure about what's happening with the coach? Makes me think there moving the Duchess????
Thanks Michael 👍 glad you enjoyed it. I have to agree with you on that one. They are looking a bit tied. No doubt there will be a plan a foot in the background. I hope lol
The Class 31/0 is a Toffee Apple version in which 31001-31019 were all based at Stratford In East London, They very rarely use to venture to the west side of the country & always could be found in East Anglia & Eastern Region Area's, If you went to Stratford late 70's most of them could be seen during a Saturday or Sunday when the depot was easy to get around in them days.
