Grims plight is that of a man that only moral code is what he feels is the safe option and what benefits him.

He loves being the victim. Its always about his health, how he got cancelled, how the modern left doesn't respect him. How someone owes him money for munchkin. It's not even that he is wrong, in many cases he is right but instead of moving on he wallows in it, doesn't let bygones be bygons.

This episode contains several logical fallacies and inconsistencies. Here's an analysis: Logical Fallacies Ad Hominem: There are several instances where the speakers attack the character of individuals rather than addressing the arguments. For example, the comments about Grim being a "hypochondriac" and a "woke adjacent" detract from addressing his points directly. Straw Man: The speakers misrepresent Grim's position to make it easier to attack. For instance, they simplify and distort his views on trans issues, suggesting he indiscriminately supports all aspects of the trans agenda without acknowledging any nuance in his stance. Slippery Slope: The speakers suggest that allowing trans people certain rights will inevitably lead to unreasonable outcomes, such as men pretending to be women to access women's spaces. This assumes a worst-case scenario without sufficient evidence. Appeal to Tradition: There are appeals to the "good old days" of pornography and societal norms, implying that the past ways are inherently better without providing concrete reasoning for why those ways should be maintained. False Dichotomy: The discussion often presents issues as binary choices, such as being either fully supportive of the trans agenda or completely opposed to it, without recognizing any middle ground. Inconsistencies Inconsistency in Attitudes Toward Trans People: The speakers claim they are not transphobic because they interact politely with trans individuals, yet they use derogatory language and express views that suggest a lack of acceptance and understanding of trans issues. Confusion Over Censorship and Cancel Culture: The speakers assert that they are not engaging in cancel culture, but their actions and rhetoric (e.g., public statements of disassociation) mirror the behaviors they criticize. This contradiction undermines their argument. Misrepresentation of Public Response: The speakers claim that the backlash against Grim was unexpected, yet they acknowledge that Grim's opinions were likely to provoke strong reactions. This inconsistency suggests a lack of self-awareness or honesty about the situation. Contradictory Views on Health Measures: While criticizing Grim's cautious approach during the pandemic, they acknowledge the validity of social distancing and other measures. This contradiction weakens their criticism of Grim's behavior during the pandemic. Additional Points Lack of Focus: The discussion meanders through various topics, making it difficult to follow a coherent argument. The constant shifts between personal attacks, political opinions, and professional grievances dilute the main points. Emotional Language: The use of emotional and inflammatory language, such as calling people "parasites" and "viruses," undermines the credibility of their arguments and indicates a bias that affects their objectivity. Appeal to Personal Experience: Much of the argument relies on personal anecdotes and subjective experiences rather than empirical evidence or broader societal analysis. This limits the strength of their claims. In other words, you both basically suck and fail as human beings. Good luck next time you come around.

You guys are tough to like. Back when DTRPG decided to deplatform you, I bought a bunch of your stuff, because I wanted to show my support for an independent RPG publisher who was facing censorship. I stand by that. I'm glad I bought your stuff. Censorship sucks, no matter what side is holding the black magic marker. I'm decidedly not in your camp politically, but I appreciate quality gaming material, admire your prolific output, and respect the fact that you took a stand against censorship. I also hate hypocrisy, which is why I no longer patronize DTRPG, who will gleefully censor you and make guys like Jim Raggi jump through hoops while allowing and even promoting obvious left-wing games with a clear agenda (anything by Evil Hat, for example). I say this as a proud liberal. I AM left-wing, but I no longer buy from DTRPG because they deplatformed you. Censorship isn't cool. You have the right to say whatever you want. I don't have to agree or support it, but you have the right to publish it and shouldn't be censored. Know who clued me in to that? Grim. Without him, I wouldn't even know you existed. Now I own 14 of your publications. Wretched Country is my favorite, if that matters to you at all. I don't agree with everything Grim says, but I don't have to. I respect his work, his opinion, and his integrity. Having your back during your DTRPG cancellation didn't do him any favors. In fact, it was probably pretty risky, considering his past. He did it anyway. He's still doing it. He's not shitting all over you for cutting ties with him because he doesn't share your beliefs. Quite the opposite: he's gone out of his way to say that he will still sell your stuff on his site if you allow it (but buying it form you directly is better) and calling you both talented and Red Room a company that puts out good stuff. What an asshole, right? It doesn't seem like you guys have a lot of friends in the industry. You got cancelled. Some people supported you. Anyone who bought your stuff (like me), played in your online games, or even said nice things about you supported you. Grim was and remains one of those people, despite the fact that you disagree on some things that aren't even gaming related. Who gives a fuck? Grow up.

@@theangrypiper We appreciate your support, but you obviously agree much more with Grim than you disagree with him, so you are entirely missing the point here by thinking this is childish. I don't intend to prove I'm right, and you are entitled to your opinion, so there's not much to say about it. Anyway, we're not influencers nor do we want to be, so we don't care if people like us or not. The products are out there for those who like us and those who don't.

@@TheRedRoomChannel While I find it disappointing that you would "love" a comment by some dick who told me to F off (which I think was an unnecessary escalation), I will still buy your stuff if I find it interesting. I will still support you, because I don't think anyone should be censored. I don't have to agree with you to appreciate the stuff you put out. The quality of your work doesn't have anything to do with your views. I think you're wrong about Grim, but as you said, that's my opinion. Still wish you the best.
