I always use help wanted for ref, for idiol animations I use noise because it automates alot of the movements and then I can just bake them for more flexibility
Bro thank you so much for these tutorials bro, u are and lunaticHugo are the main ones to inspire me to begin animating, i remember having blender 1 year ago in the summer i had no clue what i was doing and gave it all up until u and lunaticHugo AGAIN inspired me to start all over again it took me quite a while to get good then later i finnaly made it then i improved A LOT overtime which was like months, now im here So thank u very much for inspiration BTB
The funny part was when you added springbonnie screaming ' MICHEAL!- ' I burst out with laughter. But honestly, jokes aside, thank you! This is alot easier than SFM as I was struggling with adding models, they wouldn't show up.
So... I'm trying to animate SpringFoxy and I don't have any experience. I'm having trouble moving my camera to how I want it (because rn it's just zoomed in on his feet ;-;) I already made him fluffy (following another tut u made), but that's all I could really do so far that I handled well. My goal is to make a short animation (for now), making him open his jaw and blink once, maybe posing as a pirate, (for my new intro to my videos,) I really wanna animate but so far it's just going so horribly ;-; Do you have any advice? (ALSO NEW SUB :))
For some weird reason I can move the bins but only the outside of it like the shell not the endow with the shell of the animatronic. I don’t know how to fix it.
i did a cool dancing animation on freddy, saved an quit but when i came back his hands were at different place (his bones were at the same place and still has the animation). Did i skipr someth while saving, any idea to solve it?
@@BTBAnimations I selected the entire thing, and idk if it's just the models I have or not, bc some I can do it with, but that's only 1 out of the 10 I have, and the 1 doesn't have color
heya, i try and import the whole model using append using blender 3.6 but whenever i try and select the whole thing, it just only imports parts of the model :(
The file doesn't show up when i click append. is there a specific file needed? EDIT: nvm, i got my lovely lady chica in blender Edit 2: blender is just too complicated for me, nothing works when i try it and i think its better just deleted.
What would be a good app for a 6 yr old to start on? He's trying Blender but I think it's too advanced for him. He's good but wants to animate a fnaf character and just doesn't know how to start. Thanks for any help.
Honestly, I'm not exactly sure which one would be best for him. With what I've heard, SFM is a bit easier than Blender but I can't really confirm because I've never exactly used it.
I know this is a year old, but I'm for some reason struggling with getting into pose mode with the model I'm using 😭😭. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
These videos are very helpful. However, is it possible for you to make a video showing how to render? I love Scott's... 2000s animusic style renders. But I don't know how to do it. I hope you consider doing it.
As someone who previously used sfm for animations, i already knew almost everything, but it was nice to figure out how to do the same things in blender. Thanks 👍. Edit: the spring bones addon will be so useful when I build my pc and start using blender, animating the ears manually in sfm sucked ngl.
@@olfo_artz my guy this is a 9 month old comment Sfm stands for Source Filmmaker, basically a program by valve that lets you animate in the source engine (tf2 and half life 2 type beat)
i miss when i used to animate, i had a lot of art block as time went on so i didnt know what to besides just singing at a moving camera.... very boring
Bro I’ve been searching for a year since I got blender for a decent short animation tutorial that has support and explanations not only in voice but also in text. And has links to nearly every single thing you use. Just watched your accurate rendering video so this is def gunna be a binge night for me.
Honestly I’m not sure about any ports for the phantoms. They seem to be neglected a lot in the fnaf fandom, so no one really makes any models or ports of them.
OMG DUDE THIS WAS SO USEFUL, look, I've been animating on Blender for almost a year now, but I never did too big animations cuz I didn't know how to use interpolation and I always did everything like I did on adobe animate, I basically just animating everything on twos and without interpolation lol, but this tutorial made me realize that I don't need nothing more than the default interpolation of blender to animate LMAO
I would recommend for everyone who is serious about animation in general to buy "The Animators Survival Kit" book as it teaches all principles of animation in an entertaining way, even though its primarily 2d, those same concepts apply anywhere in animation. Also Nice addon bro
Reference is a good way to do animation, yes, about making one from scratch you might wanna start trying to improve on dynamic posing cause there are a lot more when it comes to animaton principles, this also Includes camera angles, scenery and motion. But anyways very cool tutorial!
Can you make a tutorial on how to switch between maps and models while animating? For example a animation with nightmare animatronics then it switches to sister location with the sister location animatronics?
If I understand correctly, you'll have to make another Blend file and change the start of the animation to be one frame after your last blend file's animation ends
