Don't delete your crafted gear! You can reuse it when leveling up the other specs. I made the mistake of deleting them (as support) as I leveled up, and by level 17 I was like "I do trash damage" and respecced to dps only to not have any of the gear that would have been so useful to have. Leveling Tank was so much easier with the items.
The ult for DPS Mage is useful. The best way I found to use it is to cast it then run directly in to the enemy. It will cast all 4 orbs at once. A fun way to use it is to cast it then fly through an enemy from high ground, landing behind them.
thanks awesome tips. but maybe say u can freely switch sub classes :) otherwise i liked the explanation. and yeah as a new player you really feel alone and confused as hell. and i got this from humble as it was 17 bucks for a lot of games :D so probably alot of people will see this video.
Man, that's why Cyber Ninja brought me back. I played solo from Day 1, sneaking/gliding my way to the end zones just to collect the stamina upgrades for fun, but got bored within a couple of weeks just because none of my normal crew wanted to play.
I played through the entire game solo as a bm dps, the pirate king was really rough but honestly I really loved just exploring, gathering, listening to new zone music, great game
I stopped playing Zenith a while back because my friends couldn't play anymore. I'm a Blademaster DPS so I kinda relied on my friends.. I'm gonna take some of these tips and log back on! I haven't played Zenith since the Celestial Throne update!
This game is worth the price in the first 15 mins of gameplay. Very well made video. Useful info. I'm just getting back into it in prep for the cyber ninja.
They feel just like any other video a youtuber with 1k subs puts out. You just settle for less. You eat frozen beef patties and think it's a 5star restaurant quality.
As a notoriously antisocial social game player, (outside of the occasional irl friend) it's nice to see how solo friendly zenith is. I play most MMOs about 90% solo, and tend to only join up for content when it's required, such as a raid or something. I don't mind mandatory group content and do enjoy it from time to time, after all it's an MMO, it's kind of the point at the end of the day. However, I do enjoy being able to just do my own thing mostly, and have the option to interact with others when I feel like it. Especially in the earlier levels or going through story content, I prefer to progress at my own pace. Often in a group things feel like a rush just to finish and little opportunity is given to take in what's going on. Looks like zenith has a good balance, which is nice to see given that it's more or less the only option for VR right now.
Thanks for this dude, I started playing it again tonight and I've always enjoyed it but it has never really hooked me. I've always wanted to stick with it though to see some of the later areas. I'm sure this video will be a great help.
Thanks for the guide! I would normally prefer group play but I only expect to play this until Ilysia releases so I want to go solo so I’m not leaving any teammates high and dry.
I think mage tank is a good contender for mage damage, since it has so much healing. When you apply Spirit Burn, you heal for most of the damage you deal to any enemies, and combined with Crimson Death, any group of enemies will give you more health than you regularly would have, while a boss will hardly be able to damage you. It takes a little bit longer to kill, however I wouldn't say that it's excessively more than dps.
@@toxicnoodle3142 true, it doesn't deal damage as fast as dps always, but it definitely isn't that much slower, so long as you use your abilities correctly.
I disagree on blade-master being inferior for solo play. With all its mobility and self healing, I find it to be much easier to solo with since u can dodge hits and refresh your health, plus I personally find it much more fun.
played on release, soloed all content and crafted the legendary gear in about 30 hs, never played or joined a party, sad since i was expecting mmo dungeons and more content that needs group
Thanks for this, really interested in the game but I'm Queer, Trans, disabled, chronically ill and have dissociative identity dissorder. So for every video going "Lol just try making friends" about this game while assuming the entire audience is a straight white male, the easiest known quantity for making friends and even they can struggle. Taking in people like me into account it's truly not that easy as my daily average is hatred and slurs from GamersTM, and those are the good people, the bad ones are the outright Nazi's whom wanna commit genocide on my kind. It's been tiresome to say the least, but you outright have a full video showing what is possible alone, wish I'd found this when it was last on sale, will still be buying it now thanks to you. So cheers.
Hey LuKi, nice guide but I have a critique for this part of your guide: 6:58 isn't exactly right. Instead of individually throwing the elemental orbs you can simply ram into an enemy and they all explode at once doing tons of damage and usually instantly staggering enemies. (Not to sure if this was patched though)
I want to play with other people but a lot of the areas are dead. Either there's not enough players per server or the servers are too small for the play area.
played it on release and grinded it for a while as a solo, was fun af. Just played like a blade master and it was good tbh. Just use ur suroundings and uppgrade ur stuff. Also meet a lot of people and the mages was also way back in proggres it felt like
@@osc-oldschoolclips5204 when I last played it was pretty boring after level 20, you just go on a boring grind to level up. Especially if it full solo you gotta be pretty good or just higher level than the enemies. There's nothing interesting happening if you play alone. I recommend to get a person to play it with or else you will get burned out of the game really quickly
Kidgirl you have 1k subs, when someone comments and tells you good job you comment and say "thanks" not just liking the comment. Thats what "ACTUAL RU-vidRS" do because they have to many subscribers. YOU on the other hand, do not😂 no wonder you can't gain anymore
The early game is so fucking boring. I swear you just run around in a proximity of like 100 meters and collect things for 15 hours. I want to explore something and not run around this shitty base camp.
