I tried the Erinmore plug it was quite a nice smoke, was in the shop today and bought some JJ Fox provost, I'v smoked a few bowels of it and have to say it is a beautiful smoke not as strong as the bankers blend but it will be my morning smoke from now on..

Having grown up in the South (very familiar with Burley and Cavendish loose), the only 'plug tobacco' I knew of, was chewing plug, for many years. I encountered 'pipe plug' 20 or so years ago, and have seen it taken from the plug a dozen different ways (and the associated confusion of 'how to pack the pipe, father-mother-son' also left many unanswered questions as a result). Seeing the plug-cut, it is quite similar to 'chew-cut', but with smaller 'taking'. I am still curious about 'how to prepare and pack the pipe' with plug, however. It appeared you 'wadded it' into a ball. Do you pack the 'ball'? I have seen some flake the leaves like a 'cigarette grind'...are there different methods of preparation depending on moisture content? Aren't all plugs rather 'moist' to start?

Anyone ever tell you, you sound alot like brendon gleeson actually sound just like him. Wish the backround music was a little lower and also this being a demo on how to cut that be nice if you could see it a bit better (closer) otherwise good vid short and straight to the point. I hate when people make a 15 min review or demo on tobacco trying to seem more sophisticated or classy then the rest of us and so i thank and tip my hat to you sir lol.

Welcome back, and compliments on the fine moustache! I had not tried plug tobaccoes as of yet, mostly due to not being sure of the method of preparing them to smoke. I'll have to give them a try.

hey this might help out your shakes. remove your main meat source and replace with "zebra cakes" and maybe add 3 handfulls of nuts and berries or trailmix daily

Excellent video but please next time remove the music. it is very distracting. And please add a lapel mic. Backgroung noise is way too high.

Certainly did not need that overly loud, terrible distracting music. Couldn’t hear the gentleman talking. 👎🏻
