🌿Thank you for sharing the beautifully crafted and informative video of #SLU. The quality and content of your videos are most appreciated, and it's clear that you have a comfortable understanding of the area's unique features. Also a fan of the sophisticated urban bustle of the South Lake Union neighborhood. However, I've come to realize that Mill Creek is a nearby suburban oasis. Mill Creek's unique blend of top-rated schools offering advanced programs, amenities and lifestyle is hard to beat. With a 25 mph speed limit throughout the city and stringent regulations on street parking and campers, Mill Creek ensures a safe and pleasant environment for all residents. What specifically sets Mill Creek apart? Most Mill Creek residents can easily access a range of desirable amenities and destinations on foot or by bike along a scenic private paved hiking trail, or by walking along our beautiful sidewalks to their destination: • Top-rated schools offering advanced programs • Cafes, restaurants with patios, and gourmet grocery stores • Fitness centers, private golf course, and country club • Swim and tennis clubs, pickle ball and tennis courts, and beautifully maintained parks, and nature preserves with over 23 miles of private paved trails • Exquisite neighborhoods featuring homes by Murray Franklyn and the Buchans With a similar commute on average to downtown South Lake Union and Bellevue as driving from Issaquah and Sammamish, it's an attractive alternative your clients might appreciate. I'd love for you to experience Mill Creek's charm firsthand and see why it's a hidden oasis that's worth discovering. 🌿
So where are all the tents of homeless encampments? The city parks that can’t be enjoyed by families because junkies being supported by social services etc... I could continue but won’t . Be honest please, if I moved here based on your video I would be very angry. I have lived in the area the video is discussing for over30 yrs and recently listed. Not a beautiful place
it's still beautiful and yes we have homelessness (like every city) Seattle is working on the problem - but SLU has zero encampments as do many other places - resident for 15 years and still love it -
I have a feeling I'm gonna LOVE this channel; I'm Seattle born and raised and currently attend University of Washington, and it's my dream to buy my first home with you!
@@tommynikon2283 Do you really think a Seattle-born person doesn’t understand how much it costs to live there? Let people live where they want and just because you can’t afford it, don’t try to tear down others for wanting to live there.
Hi Monica! If you ever want to interview a techie hit me up 🥰 moved here from across the country for work after college and I’ve been loving it! I know a lot of people are in my same situation every year and moving to a new city can be so scary.
I’m visiting Seattle in June for the first time since I lived there 12 years ago!!!! I’m so excited for this series I’m staying @ the Marriott in south lake union 🥰
Your Seattle videos really make me want to visit the Seattle area! I´ve been to many cities in the US (touring the east and west coast) but now it is so tempting to visit Seattle. Hopefully the Covid Travel Ban for European Citizens will be lifted soon. And I am really excited to see your new projects!!
Super excited for this channel! Recently moved to SLU from Fremont/Wallingford back in the fall and i love it here. Being in a high rise has always been a dream! next goal is to own a condo downtown!
Funny story: Brooklyn Naval Yards had a similar story to the MOHAI 🤔🤔🤔 I wonder if there are other parallels between New Year City & Seattle… BESIDES Pete Carrol. ✈️ 🦅
It’s so offensive to have people move into an historic neighborhood (Cascade) and then decide that they can just call by the same name of a body of water. What’s next? Going to rename Wallingford North Lake Union? Learn about a city’s history before you try to get rich selling pieces of it for other people.
Been living in SLU for a minute now. People say it’s a lifeless neighborhood. Which is pretty accurate. Everything is here is boutiques and specialty restaurants. The closest thing to fast food is Shake Shack. Night life is next to non-existent and for the most part it can be pretty cold. That said, it’s super clean and really safe - which is saying a lot given the current state of things in the rest of the city. I wouldn’t consider living in any other neighborhood. Though I do believe Belltown is on the come up.
I loved the video and the cinematography but it would be nice if you could work a bit more on the sound and shaking- for example when you where outside the sound wasn't as nice and some shots where kinda unstable ? Maybe buying fluffier cover for microphones could help, and for the shots I think something like stabilizing thing that goes on the bottom of the camera could be good, just my thoughts tho 🤷🏻♀️ overall good job on the video and storytelling!❤️
Would you be open to doing a video of the surrounding towns like Bellevue or Bothell? Like by Nintendo or Microsoft?? For those that want to live in more of the residential areas and work for those companies? Thanks!!
I live near this neighborhood. My favorite game to play around here is “human or dog poop?” Our dog walkers like to leave their pet poop behind and our homeless are out of places to poop. 😕
Yeah, south LU is where artists and people who actually made things used to live before Allen procured the entire area for his world domination. Congratulations. All artists have moved away because of you all.
Subscribed! Love your new hub!! I used to do a show there at the theater about a 10 minute walk from Pike Place Market. What area is that? There used to be a restaurant called Blowfish I used to go to after each show. I am not sure if it is still there, but I loved the area!
Love your videos. The video/editing quality is great but so are your descriptions of neighborhoods and apartments. I'm planning my move from the Bay Area to Seattle, and although it won't be for another couple of years, your videos have been super helpful. If you're still in the real estate biz by the time I move out there, I will seek your help!
