A-ha performs their song “Stay on these roads” at the 2015 Nobel Peace Prize Concert. The band formed in 1982 and is most known for their major hit “Take On Me”, which topped the Billboard Hot 100 in October 1985. A-ha has sold over 40 million albums and over 70 million singles. The band split in 2010, but re-united in 2015 and is performing five of their largest hits at this year’s Nobel Peace Prize Concert.

INCREDIBLE PERFORMANCE. I agree, this is such a great song, I love him singing this more recently, like in this show, better than even the original recording. He still sounds beautiful singing it at 58. I was in tears watching a video of him singing this in the Latvia show on their recent summer tour.

Согласен. Ещё какое состояние!!! Голос Мортена - уникален. Достояние нашего грёбанного Мира. Я знаю, он простой землянин, но когда он начинает петь складывается впечатление, что он из другого Мира, а сюда пришёл, чтобы просто попеть о смысле жизни. Всегда пою его. Не всё получается. Стараюсь. A-ha - любимейшая банда. Ощущение, что А-ha взяло на себя всю боль Норвегии. Опороченного народа Геи. Я ещё молод. Мне - 55. Но я хочу уйти отсюда через Норвегию. Через чистое место в нашей локации.

Never seizes to amaze me how Morten's voice never changes. He is the most vocally gifted male vocalist in the world! Yes, I said the world! This song haunts my every waking moment.. I cannot sleep because of it... Why? My father used to torment my mum with this song.. He knew she had miscarried in her life.. So he would sing "still-born my child..." He would change the lyrics to hurt my mum, toi make her weep,..... I miss her... I love her... I lost her to cancer 15 years ago.. Only 47 when she died... She was so SO kind and loving... She didn't deserve that abuse... This song haunts me every waking moment of my life... It's how I feel about my mum... I'm so sorry that I couldn't save you... I live with the regret and pain every day of my life...

esta canção me remete a 1988. Eu servia no 4° Batalhão de Infantaria Blindada em Quitaúna. Todo dia quando chegava no alojamento para trocar a farda, a televisão estava ligada tocando esta música. Ficou gravada nas minhas memórias.

As músicas do A - HA são lembranças pra toda a minha vida, eu comecei a escutar com o meu tio com oito anos e um amigo que era muito fã deles e morreu com apenas 12 anos que Deus tenha vc em um bom lugar meu irmão e hj eu vou passar essas boas músicas pro meu filho.

Era il 1985 che sentivo take on me. Cercando sul web ho trovato questo bellissimo video. Sentire STAY ON THESE ROADS con l'orchestra dal vivo mi fa venire i brividi.
