This has to be the greatest attention to detail I've ever seen in a shred. Absolutely, perfectly priceless! (I completely lost it at the keyboard humming to himself, btw. :P)
Back in '79, when they were more disco-ska than electric punk, A-ha was searching for their sound. As seen here in '82, besides the drummer's constipation, the keyboard player having been hospitalized for psoriasis the night before, and a lump in the guitar player's throat, you can still hear how tight they were as a band that night and how this one song changed the music world forever. I am Case-idi Case-om, and this has been your dedication to the greatest American top 40 hits. Wash, rinse, and press repeat. It is a great shred.
I'm glad this is in my facebook memories. I get to come back and watch this every year and get the same amusement I had as the first time I watched it.
This is freaking awesome, the guy that did this is a Genius! I can't breath for laughing, if I am dying right now it's your fault....LOL Loved it Ermz :-)
This is one of the best ever shreds. When the keyboards came in I laughed so hard that I dropped my tablet. It landed on a rug so it's ok and I was able to watch the rest of the video. Towards the end it sounded like there was a tuba being played. Great shred. Thanks!
I had this buddy, complete troglodyte, every time he came to my house he’d ask me to put this on. It was so much fun cause he would only watch it with me. He passed away a couple years ago too young, still love this but it’s got a slightly different nuance to it now. RIP Brad
I like to think this is them playing to the record, lip-syncing for TV, not knowing this was being recorded. It makes me very jolly thinking this with my brain.
