Growing up in Brazil and watching Mr bean with my friends, we never felt like he was a foreign character. The physical comedy was always universal and we didn't even need dubbing or subtitles to enjoy. In this video we can see that, when Mr Bean HAS to talk for the bit to work, Rowan can also perform wonderfully. Shows the genius of it.

At the time who would have thought we were taking a look into the future. Taking a photo of ones food was a ridiculous thought back then and a ridiculous reality now. One has to laugh! 😂🤣
