You might be able to do this sprintless if you use a glitch this stage has. Warning: this may already be patched so I could be mistaken. On each of the banners (Or whatever you want to call the things you ride to each section of Alpine Skyline) if you take off your grapple badge a bit before you reach the end then your respawn point doesn't change from what it was previously. You can shave a decent amount of time off by doing this. You will immediately start falling when you unpause though, so be careful! I recommend using the same exact route you used, since the path to the bird sanctuary flower is a bit more pitfall-y if I'm not mistaken? That means you have to use glitches, but if you're going for something as challenging as

It's actually possible to complete the red path without using the spiders at all... and diving off ledges ALWAYS respawns you at the START of the path, i.e. closer to the hub mountain.

This is kind of a lazy one , since they just SLAPP a timer onto a normal level and that's it. Also the fact that cutscenes waste time just really bugs me

This death wish is complete bollocks. I cleared it, but whenever I try to improve my time by doing ambitious skips or jumps, I get killed by the cutscenes (which for some reason are unaffected by the cutscene skip option).
