you make cry, but take it easy, just keep your healthy style, exercise you will be fine .I hope you are back at work as Diabetes is not a disability.You can control it.& remember it is genetic too, so dnt blame yourself.Stay focused and have a normal life. my entire family is diabetic ,I am type II diabetic, I hate the medication . I am not on insulin yet. Take care , and I look forward to a great thing . Hope you get back at work, though.Be safe Totsiens.
