Hi Travis, It be great if you did a vid on mma on what works or the streets what is the best moves from JJ and Judo that are useful as some one who has learnt both. think it be great to get your views on what to use and learn for self defence or mma etc

It should be natural for people with additional experience in aikido. Similar movement is used in irimi nage.

Sasae is good hiza above the knee your opening up for alot of throws, Uchi mata or a big harai watch you don't overturn for bjj or mma though... I like a big bang osoto gari or a massive osoto mackikomi watch that overturn though!!!

@@judostu683 Stevens is a BJJ competitor too. In fact his actual Judo skillset was his Ne-waza. I'm sure he knows exactly what's up with over rotation and how to crack turtles more than you'd think.
