No matter what you do on RU-vid everybody puts their own creativity into their videos and the same for the RM Brooks videos I've seen. I really enjoyed your video on your experience at the store. ​@@jeffthisted Back in the day, before I knew better I thought, for example, Famous Dave's type restaurants or any restaurant that served bbq ribs etc was real bbq. Even though it tastes good the sauce shouldn't make bbq. Smoked meat should make bbq with the sauce as the enhancer but not the main smoke flavor. The meat has to be infused with the smoke so you get that great smoke flavor. My choice nowadays is to got to local bbq only "restaurants" that smoke their own meats, you know, when you pass a bbq joint and the smoker is blazing away in front of the restaurant or they have mammoth smokers in the back smoking the meat. Those are my types of bbq joints as I have learned what real bbq is all about by learning the process. The "regular" places are ok for people that don't know any better I guess but real bbq is either home smoked or at one of the local bbq pit restaurants I've described.

Exactly @Mile High Guy BBQ!! The sauce shouldn’t make the meat. You know it’s good bbq when it doesn’t need any sauce!! Author Bryant’s is one of my favorites!!

@@jeffthisted Tiffany is a very nice and interesting person. She is personally plus. If you would have spoken to her while she made your sandwich, that would have been fantastic. She is also famous for her fried pies and her milkshakes.
