Where you pointed near Indiana at the start, that's the Ohio River Valley. Not the Mississippi River Valley. 😅 Also, it's not "unseasonable" heat. It's August and it gets very hot in the south. Especially Texas.
Why is MI always skipped over?? We have roofers coming in about an hour to start ripping our roof off and replacing it. We'd like to know what the weather is going to do next week but it only showed dark red over the state and not what is in store??
A couple chances for showers and thunderstorms next week. The first chance early in the week and the second chance later in the week. Otherwise, temperatures will be hot by the weekend and into early next week. Temperatures will begin to slowly cooldown later next week.
