Andy, a tip for the youth players , if they have a decent value but their rating is low or not as high as you thought, promote them to the senior team, check what the best position is for them by just moving them around the starting 11 and seeing where they get the biggest sharpness boost, which will also be the rating they are

Andy, you should use Sofifa instead of futbin, it lets you see market value, wages, age, overall, potential, and pretty much everything you would want to know about a player. Also, you can filter to find specific positions with specific stats or at a certain age, etc. Pls like so he can see because Futbin isn’t the best source for career modes lol. This will also allow you sign more unique players because most players that you know from FUT are really popular wonderkids.

If u loan out maupay then recall him straight after u can transfer list him

Train full backs and wingers to the opposite wings but don’t finalise the transition and they’ll go up quicker in overall

For my youth players, if they worth 400k+ I would usually sign them aslong as they have potential of 90+, and then if they are low rating, I just look at their stats to see if they might be out of position, such as a CM with better finishing than his passing stats, then I’d move to ST, etc

you shoul develop Whitehead into a CAM, this way he trains faster ands has a better form at CAM
