Where i live, a hard clay layer is found about 3 feet deep. After that, wet, slimy clay and the water drains slow. Our sewer workers use trench shield to prevent collapse during rain.

You can call them a hole but by the POV drone videos I'd call it a grave!

I saw a video a few weeks ago of a bombed out trench. Many dead soldiers in the trench some half buried some out in the open blow apart. One dead soldier looked to be on his hands and knees half buried right above his back was a groundhog hole ..the dead soldier was actually a front porch for a groundhogs home. What a Sick world

That works out to a cost of 742.6 casualties per square kilometer conquered and a rate of conquest of 42.5 km^2 per month. With approximately 25,000 km^2 of "Russian territory" in Donetsk, Zaporizhia, and Kherson remaining under Ukrainian control (not to mention the other ~491,465 km^2 in the central and Western parts of the country) at their current pace the Orcs will have to expend an ADDITIONAL 18,565,000 casualties to achieve Putin's Plan B goal, and it will only take them 49 years to do it.
