周囲の環境もいいし、古民家風のお店も素敵ですね。「パン屋」ではなく「パン研究所」になってるだけあって、ベーコンまで手作りなのは手が込んでますね。もの作りが好きな、凝り性で職人気質なご主人なんでしょうね。これも兵庫県なのね。兵庫県の人は東京に出て来なくていいよ。良い環境といいパン屋とうどん屋が山ほどある地元のほうがずっといいでしょ。東京にはないから。

I am in the US and this is definitely not what I expected Japanese cuisine might be, but I have to tell you, your food looks absolutely scrumptious! And whomever taught you to make the burger chili taught you right; you include beans and that makes them wonderful! The chef seems to be such a fun fellow. I enjoyed the video.

What a nice team of people! The stollen looks so good with the lemon and orange peel. I love the colors of the paper and the ribbon when she wrapped it. It was so beautiful.
