It is true, that an image comes to mind, when a job is described. Women of my generation, as a senior citizen, had to fight for a top position. We still have yet to elect a female as USA president. So, describing a job's qualification, will often denote sex, color, age etc, even when unspoken. So women, like black job, have been fighting for equality. We must be there for each other, when discrimination is felt.
I've been drawing the line between the two groups you're speaking of and it's very true. Sadly I'd like to hear our potential leaders speaking more eloquently.
Sad condition 😢 our nation is in today. Why are the younger more qualified 🤔 candidates not seeking office? Is the process so controlled by big money, they can't compete? SAD & dangerous future for USA.
@@bettym7005 Politics has and always will be about control; think the President runs the Country? Nope that would be the House and Senate and those are the key positions to fill with people that have a good mind for business not just politics and the overwhelming b.s. that comes with politics..
@vincentalfonzojamal - You Know what...I actually do have a question... or something that came to mind.. Is it legal for employers to even ask ones nationality on applications? Are they allowed to ask ones gender? Ethnicity? You currently know my employment status, and I've come upon so many "other extra" questions and stupid ability tests that you have to complete in order to fulfill their application process...it's just ridiculously stupid! Your thoughts?
