for anyone curious its spring loaded with the spring in the cartridge you can see it after he fires when he spins it so it wont hurt unless you get hit in the eye

Another thought - it could be the shell release mechanism to eject the casing newer bullets and guns have weird components like that in them that’s why half of them are shitty and jam before you could ever get to fire one shot and it tends to happen when you need it to fire the most!

It's a Toy , Spring in the Cartridge case propels the rubber bullet, Mattel did this way back in the 1950's with cap gun revolvers, its not going to hurt anything but that balloon or your eye , from 6ft it wont even sting your arm, Still be fun just to play with , trying to knock empty solo cups over
No, it's a primer going off through the hole in the back of the brass shell that pushes the rag projectile out.... I use to have plastic practice bullets that worked the same way to practice drawing my S & W 38 so I didn't shoot myself in the foot years ago while practicing my draw....

Dont play with guns. That being said, very cool item. You can clearly see that each round is a BB and is chambered in the actual casing using a spring, probably doesnt have a lot of fire power
