Fun fact: dropping things off of a building on public property or just around people can be seen as a crime (and is a crime in most places), and even in some cases attempted murder or reckless endangerment and can net you from fine to a couple of years in prison even if you didn’t hit someone they could claim injury and sue you. My recommendation drop the stuff off of a building that you own and is on your own private property and not on the public property and avoids you becoming a criminal
