Just as Korny Kat is getting ready to put on his comedy show he receives word that his other cast members, the ducks, are sick. Kit and Kate enter the story to take over the roles as diners in a restaurant. Korny promises the kittens that if they do well he’ll teach them the secret to being funny. Korny enters the scene as their crazy waiter and the show is a hilarious success! But the kittens don’t find Korny’s jokes so funny when it is time to eat for real after the show. Kit and Kate understand that the secret to being funny is knowing when it is the right time to joke around.
