This whole album + weed + breathing exercises has been the cure to my panic attacks. I've had anxiety my entire life but recently I've had incapacitating panic attacks that feel like heart attacks. I just turn this tape on, specifically double scoop or skirt and start 4x4 breathing exercises and it alleviates most of my panic to a point where I can cope with it. The nostalgia, tempo, and honesty in this album are all I need to level my mind. Thanks A l e x.

The genre here is "Lofi" :D Basically a subgenre of Hip Hop, but it has unique aesthetics and styles, and depending on it, we have the Lofi's brothers: Chillhop, Vaporwave, Jazzhop, Synthwave, Downtempo and some others.
