I could listen to Pam talk all day, she cracks me up! I really appreciate when Pam shows us what not to do, just as much as what to do, this looks fun, and cheap way to play and create!
Hi Pam, this reminds me of school days.. kindergarten painting. My great grands love painting. We had a lot of fun last summer. Thanks for sharing.🤗🤗 To all of the family.
I find I get more detail on mono prints by spreading the ink or paint out on the palette and treating it like a stamp pad. By touching the object to the paint, more adheres to the raised portion. Love using papers that otherwise would end up as trash. Thanks for all the inspiration.
This actually works really well with water colour pencils, you just colour in the leaf and turn it over and print it on the paper, that way you can make rainbow leaves if you want, this is so much fun to watch you do, thanks for the demo Pam.
Ma che bella idea, anche per decorate carta da regalo, grazie per il videoWhat a great idea, even for decorated wrapping paper, thanks for the video ...

I'm back, Pam! ...to join you in the mucky paint fun! Have had a guest from the US visiting, so I've been a tourist in my own country!😉 Love the leaves, think it's a great idea! Easily sourced and very cheap 😊 Waving to the furry & feathery family members 🐾🦜 hello from Denmark 🌸 🌱
A WINNER!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!! EVEN, the areas that I imagined that you weren't totally happy...I thought the affect was beautiful.... Some leaves in the back yard, huh.... "Now where's that 🤔 turtle I saw, yesterday?" 😅Just kidding....can't wait to try this....love getting my hands messy.🙂🙂🙂
Hey Pam, thanks so much for the inspiration! I didn't use leaves but I used white acrylic paint and a dollar store wedge sponge with my strong lined stamps! I combined blue/green with a nice butterfly stamp and I had a nice rose one that I used - I just found brown construction paper and my prescription bags (brown) because I love them...thanks so much you inspire so many people! Hugs from Canada! PS: My next challenge is to make a full page like you did, I chickened out and just stamped in rows :)
Pam i hit pause half way thru lol - found several leaves to use - and i cannot wait to go play - will use my gel plate - brayer and some pretty acrylic paints - thank you!!!! xx
Way to go Pam!!!yea...you made the mess now we know the perfect formula lol...thank you wonderful lady for your precious time sharing, such an amazing project, love as always for you, papa and sunbun xx
They are looking so beautiful, I am going to try this. And I am always almost speechless when Pam is giving us another wonderful idea. Still plenty of leaves (suplies) outside though it’s autumn.
I’m so ”in love” with this tutorial! I’ve made four papers already and making more! Last night was the first real frost but I’m saving my collected leaves in a plastic bag so they won’t dry. Thank you Pam for this tutorial and many others, I don’t know where can I find time to make all that I want. Love from Finland 💞💖💓
Hi Pam, Used to do something like this at my infant school, but it always looked a big wet mess 🥴 Yours turned out lovely, must try this again, I always keep the brown paper from amazons parcels, I'm going to use the papers in a journal, so I'll be watching another of your videos for that too, thanks x
If you use a little dish liquid in water and microfiber cloth that paint usually comes off unless it’s been there for eons. Love this idea and even the lightly printed ones are very pretty.
Amazing! I just got onto the video and saw your example piece! You could create a digikit with these pieces. The colors on the brown paper background are...again...amazing! Thank you for this video.
Morning Pam and gang! Such a great idea! I live in the desert tho so not many leaves accessible in my area. I’m going to pluck off a couple of leafs from my faux plants and see if it works! TBD😉
Thanks for the fun idea. I have brown paper from when I buy dog food from Chewy. What do you think about some of the 2nd pass images on newspaper or a large book page?
Pam when I do this I put paint on the brayer and just roll over the back side the use a clean brayer to roll off your sponge applicator is not good for this project. Inks work best
Can hardly wait to try this! Thanks for a very helpful art tutorial, Pam! I bet a smooth vegetable or tomato sauce can would work if someone doesn't own a brayer.
love this but our leaves are just starting to pop. so a bit teensy right now. but I have some detailed leaf stamps so I think I will give it a try in a different realm. tfs. have a beautiful sunny weekend 😊
@@ThePaperOutpost my stamps worked beautiful. I had fun making them. I used my round Spong and did a sheet of big dots too using up the paint. So fun. Thanks for the idea 🙂
I love this idea. You always have unique ideas! I need to get a brayer...Don't forget to check our your Hostas if you have some. Their leaves make awesome projects and they come in all different sizes. Be sure to make sure your growing vines aren't poison ivy or oak. It somehow seems to creep in around my flower beds.
omg !! you got some poison oak and ivy there sister, i hope you not allergic!!! the red vine with the leaves is the oak and the other vine is ivy, they say leaves of three let it be
These are common house vines we have on our house, no poison nothing here but very good point to double-check :) If I am wrong I will be red and itchy in future vid's :)
Pam, use your brayer to roll paint on. Run brayer back, it will leave imprint on brayer&you will get a beaitifull imprint. Dont ues so much paint. CLEAN YOUR BRAYRR!
You can follow the same steps again in both the other signatures but just use different papers, that way you have cohesiveness through out the journal.. Hope that helps 😊💖

Did you say, "afterglow"? You are a trip! So, I want to thank you for being so cognizant of your camera, ie, how close or far you are when doing your magic! There is one artiste who has the camera so far from her project that I truly cannot see what the @#&$@ she's doing. So sadly, I've had to give up on her!, (I found myself spending all my time cussing and getting upset... Not good!) So, just wanted to say, thank you. You really pay attention to that, and it makes all the difference... Rock on, girlfriend! 🤗✌️🇺🇦
