In this video, we continue exploring protein structure by looking at the bonding which is important for the tertiary and quaternary structures. These are hydrogen bonds, hydrophobic and hydrophilic interactions, ionic bonds and disulfide bonds. We look at the relative strength of each type of bond and how the bonds can be broken.
