I know how u feel, I lost my older brother this year to Suicide and I’m scared that I’ll lose someone else which two weeks or so ago almost happened cus my cousins ex threatened to shoot her and was heading to her place, but she alright and I’m just scared that I’m gonna lose someone else and I don’t think I can handle it but I’m trying my best. I’m sick right now but it’s not corona and will be going back to school either this week or the next. Hopes your doing great and lots of love and prayers to u.

Just because he is singing a song doesn't mean that he feels that way, he could find it a beautiful song and know that its lyrics make it highly relatable, and that is why he knows people will like it, because they connect to its meaning. And because he is an actor and can really sell that he feels these feelings from his soul. He could sing a song as if he were a scared little puppy looking for his mommy and we would be crying by the end, it is the emotion he breathes into his work. His passion. He has just gotten rich and famous. He has his life ahead of him. No, this song is for people like me that are so tired of failing at everthing in life that they dont want to start over again, relationships have destroyed us so many times that we dont want to fight to accheive be loved anymore, beaten down by loving everyone and never getting loved in return. It hurts to much, the rise and fall. We dont want to invest in anyone anymore, certain to hurt more and more. Easier to stay out of it, and not have hope dashed into a million pieces. My heart's are so scarred it doesnt even resemble a heart anymore. I am outta bandages. I feel cursed. Everyone I have ever loved has gone away. Love isnt unconditional in this life. Everyone has their conditions and stipulations. No one will ever love you for who you are completely. He hit the nail on the head with "for years I've been waiting....for someone to take me,.... and tell me it will all be alright."

Life is just so hard and unfair at times. I beat my depression to spiral right back into it years later. Its hard to smile or see the good in life. To many days alone in constant struggle and rejection beats a soul every time. Holidays are just a day. Days are just more days of sufferings. Nights are torturous nightmares and silent tears hitting the pillow of despair. The cries of your soul screaming so loud that it echos right back at you every minute, second, and hour. It just sits so heavy that life itself has no meaning or reason to fight for the next day or to even survive the echos of the cries in your mind, body, or soul. Tear stain face and not an ounce of life is seen through your eyes to your soul. Asking will today be my last day to fight the constant sorrows that tourture my soul.

This is the most relatable song you've ever written but Chester I've been watching you since I was in 8th grade and now I graduated highschool 2 months agon and half of the songs in my old phone was all yours. It is what we call life. We never should expect it will always be bright. I too had regrets for being too good to people who are not worth or trying to change them, wasting my time and money. I guess it was worth a try but I just shrug my shoulder and go with life. Travel is such a great help. Sports too. Life is good and worth living for. 😘 I feel you but waiting for someone to love you is indeed a waste of time. Some people enjoys playing around and not worth at all. I suffer from depression and anxiety and I have suffered alone quietly and I have struggled to the point where I truly believed that it was better if I was not here, I even felt that way when I was going through my own divorce and I also posted this song to my Facebook like I needed and was crying out for help that never came, but I kept playing it over and over again until I finally found the courage and strength to get myself through it and got myself help - I thank this song for saving my life and I continue to celebrate life every day and I am grateful for being present to especially because everything transpired a year and a half before going into lockdown and the pandemic..

Chester just know that every time you see another view on this video each week, and sometimes daily, that it’s just me. I am the perfect definition of this song. I’ve even asked my counselor to listen to this so she can better understand how I feel on a daily basis. I’m not sure if I should thank you or not. But I am glad there is a way for me to convey my feelings without having to come right out and say them.

Suffered five close family member losses all in less than four years two fires in 18 months second time no insurance at my home, and now so much as I have it, and I went from being a great radio personality in coast with my husband, who passed away June 2018, right after my brother in 2016 and eight months with my sister and 2019 and then there's a couple more but this song fits my mood right now and I never thought I'd feel this way, but I've truly lost everything everyone which is the people who mattered.
