Good to here is enjoying our 2Bennett Audimotive Coilover suspension. It looks like our intake silicone hoses and European S6+ front bumper also. We still enjoy the earlier Audis.
I have the A6 version of this and it is bullet-proof - I bought it in 2001 in MA, have driven it in salt ever since, have done nothing to the body work, and it's still holding together. Never touched the engine other than timing belts and externals like plugs, alternator. Never touched the transmission. Has 245k on the clock. Bought it for 8500 and have spent double that on repairs. So it's cost me about 1000 per year including purchase price
Could have used more engine sounds as that 5 cylinder with that exhaust sounds amazing. As clean as that car is, ditch the stickers and stuff hanging from the mirror, and the bike rack unless you really use it. And Euro fenders? Not really necessary. Just make a hole in the fender mounted turn signal and it's the same thing.
MediocreMan taken into consideration! i drive it every day and use the bike rack every weekend, some of the stickers are fraternal order stickers placed on by the previous owner that have gotten me out of trouble more than once either way, i am happy you appreciate the way it sounds (even if not the way it looks) :-)
This is maybe the best quality car that Audi produced. I have one just like this 2013-2015 in mint condition. Even my mom is sorry that I sold it. That should tell you something.
They never had 220 wheel stock. They had 230 at the crank, and given that it's quattro you get about 2/3 of that to the ground. Super cool car though. I just RS2'd mine, check it out on my channel. I drive it to CO almost every year on a ski trip. Thing is an amazing road trip machine.
