I can't understand why so many people hate this album. This album is heavier than Hybrid Theory and Meteora. Also, for a finishing song, it's explosive and truly amazing.

Linkin Park is more than a band or a sad moment when CB passed away, They ARE LIFE, the kind of life that gives strength, hope and makes someone at their physical and emotional life suicidal end, have the guts to pick themselves up and carry on keep living only because the songs and music lyrics saved their actual life. LP is my life in words. To them i can never repay such a debt i owe them, so i buy their albums and keep waiting for the next one. I am still here because of them, 46 years old. THANK You LP. I am forever in debt to you guys. much love and respect.

This album is more conceptual than a thousand suns, and I believe so completely unintentionally. Seriously, this shit sounds like the soundtrack to a new dystopian fiction book. A war raging in the desert, corrupt cults fighting the "rebels". The "rebels" lose, and the world is a desert wasteland. This is a reflection of what they did and how the people fighting lost. This is a new rebellion starting. A great event is happening.

Man this album was so good. I listened to this song in particular on repeat for such a long time. There's something about this album that is much more raw and unfiltered than their other albums. That's not to say their other albums are bad by any means, this one just has a special quality that words can't do justice.

I'm so sorry guys, but I just had to delete everything that I wrote on this comment...it was just too embarrassing after all XD I mean I was only telling the truth, I was talking about my life. But the way I did it, wasn't the best way yk. So here's a more reflected version of the story: I was 14 and in a really bad place when I wrote this comment. I suffered from mental illnesses (and still do) including depression. The only thing that always kept me alive was music and my cat(s). So when chester passed it made things even worse for me. I wanted to die, so bad. My mother's boyfriend was an abusive alcoholic and she was just the worst person ever to me. I ran away from her at the end of 2019 and moved to my father's place. At first it was all ok but then things got very bad, again. My father wouldn't accept me because of my sexuality, my style and my political views. He would call me fat, ugly and all such things almost every day. He would laugh at me when I was having a panic attack. I was searching for a way out, then I met people with the same problems. They were all quite nice but they were also dr*g addicts. And sadly, I became addicted too. My father then told me that I was going back to my mother, but of course I didn't want that. So I ran away again and was now living on the streets with not even 16 years old. But I decided to get clean, and I made it. Over the time I started having better contact to my mother because she also changed her lifestyle. We got along pretty well and in September 2022 I moved back into her house. That alcoholic boyfriend she had was already gone for a year at that time and luckily he's still gone. On September 13th in 2022 I finally started therapy. And here I am, now 18 years old and still alive. I'm currently trying to beat my eating disorder, already gained 6 kilograms so at least I'm not underweight anymore. I've been sober for 2 years and 9 months now. I'm still struggling with depression and SH, but I think it's under control for now. I'll probably spent my winter in the psych ward because of anxiety disorder treatment, so yeah I finally had the courage to admit that I need professional help with that. I just wanted to let you guys know, life gets better. You may have to go through hell, maybe you have to wait years. But it does get better, I promise. It never gets easy, but I have found my way and I'm sure some of you guys will too. And always remember, listen to music as much as you can xd It really helps, especially bands like Linkin Park, Three Days Grace, Skillet etc you know what kind of Bands I mean lol Anyways, if anyone wants to talk, just leave a comment and I'll answer. I feel like when all the band members become Old to perform, they should be replaced by some other newer members . . . . A new Shinoda, A new Chester, A new Hahn, A new Brad, A Rob, A new Dave . . . Linkin Park should never cease to exist. This is a legacy and it should continue till the end of human kind.

I'm so sad, that there is no continue..like Hunting Party vol. II - i love that production of this album. So raw, awesome "coloured" guitar riffs, unique sound and structure. Hunting Party is the most underrated album by this band. Everyone who say "hunting party doesn't sound like LP" i don't understand. There is no autotune/pitch connectors. You can hear trashy guitar solos/riffs by Mike/Brad. Monumental production by Mike/Brad, no other producers, no Rick Rubin. You can hear keyboards and samples by Mr. Han in background. You can hear Mike's emotional rapping. Chester's harsh vocals and briliant soft/clean vocals, with breathing through every word, without computer helping. Interesting bass lines by Phoenix and PHENOMENAL AND EMOTIONAL drum work by Rob. Yeahh, for some reason, in this album i love practicualy the drums. I read, that Rob was working hard in his skills, before he "knock-outed" his back. How cool is that? He gives me everything from him. He sacrified himself, for my pleasure. A Line In The Sand is the most important song on this album, maybe from this band. Mature mens, with lot of skills. They are working in this track, like one team. Like band. No computers, no other producers/labels/radio friendly sound. Just pure, raw, emotional and authentic music. Even, that i hate One More Light for his sound - i never forget, the best by this band and i'm gonna be adore this album till i die. And that cover is beautiful. More than art, more than just music for fun. This is emotional anthem. I love about this album, how the vocals doesn't have any mastering. Yeahh, someone can say, that it can be louder, Chester's scream, but i like this raw style. I feel the real power from his voice, when he doesn't use any computer settings. Beautiful. I love that trashy/punk/hardcore sound overall. That piano here is a nice detail. Captivating spoken word by Mike. I don't know, how i can express my enthusiasm from this album...
