Several years ago, my son was in a large liquor store looking at an unusual decanter shaped like a skull. Can't remember which "spirit" was in it. My son heard someone say, "Would you like me to sign that for you"? My son looked up and there was Dan Ackroyd. It was his brand of liquor, and my son said, "Heck, yah!" My son's name is also Dan. He and Dan Ackroyd had a really nice conversation. Very nice, unpretentious guy.

I understand that the house was built for Natalie Wood (legally, her parents owned it because she wasn’t old enough to be the legal owner of real estate). Her parents signed the house over to her after she married Robert Wagner. They, in turn, sold it to Cass and moved up. Cass still owned it when she died (she didn’t die on the property).

I love this! Being a psychic empath myself, I never knew what was happening until my mom passed and when I found her, she immediately appeared. That helped me more than anything and when I don't see or smell a spirit, I always feel everyone which is helpful but draining. It's like an electrical hum when they are around and I have had so many experiences that I know they and the afterlife do exist. We are all just energy.. and to some that can interrupt your body's central nervous system/electrical system and cause you to not be able to move. After using your psychic energy, they use your life energy which is why it's so draining. Anyway, thank you kindly for this and taking time to read this lol. :)

crush41gb Same here! Empath and I don’t really call myself a phsychic , but I can feel and sense EVERYTHING! I always say that it’s a blessing and a curse at the same time. It’s VERY VERY DRAINING! In the past couple years it has gotten SO MUCH MORE STRONGER that I have become more of HATING to go anywhere bc I can feel and sense SO MUCH! Dead and Alive people.. in stores I CANNOT TAKE IT ANYMORE! It’s gotten so bad that I have now started taking anxiety medicine! I go to a psychiatrist...( I’ve suffered with anxiety depression panic and PTSD for a long time) but this ESCALATES IT! But I have NEVER told my psychiatrist about my Empath abilities. It can be very upsetting and scary bc I have had visions , sort of like déjà vu and it’s came true TOO MANY TIMES for me to ignore! Uhh 🙄 it’s a long story and SO HARD to explain to people who don’t understand it.. but I’m sure you get what im talking about. I just have to do A LOT of PRAYING if it’s something bad I feel.

By far, the most important show biz story of this house is the time that Mama Cass lived there. The parties were epic. She brought people together. There's a picture of Clapton's first visit to L.A., sitting on the lawn with David Crosby and Joni Mitchell, with Joni playing her whole first album, just her and her guitar. Clapton was checking out all of Joni's dropped tunings, obviously enthralled. Dolenz was at that party, as well as many others. Crosby says that CS&N first met and sung together there, but the other two say that it was at Joni's house across the canyon. I drive by there 2-3 times a year. The gate is usually open.

Yes Jordan, always in beautiful places there are haunts and ghost! Not only Mama Cass haunts that home; but anyone who visited & is no longer with us too! Her house was the fun house! As a child I loved The Mamas N The Papas because their music was played in our home dailey and my parents loved them! Good vlog! 👍

I grew up in an old Mansion! It was haunted! We'd tell our parents things that were happening and they would not believe us! (Spirits show themselves to children because they probably want to be them!) Maybe they only appear to people that they wanted them to see, by sending them a warning or a blessing! Pay attention to what they are warning you of! Because now, when I dream of people who have passed, they are sending me messages!

Hi Jordan. It should be pointed out that this isn't the house where Mama Cass had those great parties, where Joni Mitchell first met Clapton, et al, and where Nash first met and sang with Crosby and Stills. That was at 2773 Woodstock. That house, by the way, is directly across the street from the house where Voytec Frykowski and Abigail Folger were living when they were murdered by the Manson creeps.

This is indeed the house that Mama Cass lived in with her drug dealer boyfriend Billy Doyle. It is not across the street from the Folger/Frykowski house on Woodstock. I've been up there, it's behind the Folger house. Watch Scott Michaels 'Six Degrees of Helter Skelter'.

I drive by that house whenever I'm in the Canyon, because the Cass Elliot connection is by far the most important show biz story of the house. That is where all of her famous parties took place: where Clapton was first introduced around, where Graham Nash first met Crosby and Stills (they first sang together at Joni Mitchell's house), where Joni sat on the lawn and sang her whole first album to people for the first time, etc, etc.

in the 60's Elkie Summer and her then husband had a house, I think in Beverly Hills or near there that was haunted. I seem to remember Life Magazine did a story on her and this house

Ghosts can definitely move things. Not sure what kind of person ends up a ghost, but one was also sleeping in my bed in an old hotel on the CA coast. In the morning, it moved the sheets and blankets on its side and rustled them and got up. Not all are scary, this one wasn’t. They’re a form of energy but I believe there are various forms of visits or presences from deceased people you can experience, but this energy is not limited to just ghosts but the separate issue of all forms of ESP.

Wonderful video Jordan, I love the Hollywood hills area so different to Melbourne Australia. That mansion and estate grounds were simply stunning. When there is multiple witnesses to events we dont understand I believe the people are experiencing something. I believe its energy from a spirit at the time of their passing they weren't ready to let go of physical world go and enter into spiritual world. We have different family members across Australia experiencing the same unexplained events... Wishing everyone a wonderful day.

If you turn up the volume to nearly maximum, listen with headphones and changing the audio speed to the slower 0.5 from normal also helps, you can hear a female voice say faintly, "I liked him!" right at the beginning of 7:53. Mamamia!!!

Several times in the past 20 years, my old family home has showed us that we are not alone. Large groups of family members and BAM. We all hear or see the oddity happening. This happens alot too when it is just my son and myself. Strangely enough when I'm alone, it is so quiet. Have seen things outside the house when alone at home. Such is Life

Awesome video!! Haunted houses and Jah. 2 0f my FAVORITES!!! As an empath I have experience a lot of paranormal things, so I believe. I also work at a well known haunted museum in NYC. And people that have visited have experienced things. Jordan, If you ever come to NYC would love for you to visit. Once celebrities start talking you know it's for real.
