Being accused of doing something is one thing. Actually being guilty of it is another. People concede to doing things until someone else sees it and they're embarrassed. I believe you have a strong case for a civil suit against the MHP. I would go after them for a minimum of $50M. If you know of at least one other officer that has similar conduct and he was told nothing other than "stop doing that", the MHP is guilty of sexual discrimination and unlawful termination. Especially if there is no record of that officer being given a warning and it put in their employment file. Their only basis for termination would be a technicality of using state issued equipment for viewing adult websites. And if they want to allow this to go to court, then they better be willing to do a complete, state-wide analysis of every website from every state issued computer, cell phone or laptop. This info doesn't have to come from the state, it can come from an independent auditor that subpoenas the IP Address lists from the ISP for the past 10 years. That'll cost almost $25M just to do that. The MHP Chief probably has some incidents himself. Not accidents... personal incidents. And it doesn't matter if the website was viewed on someone's private network. Only that it was done using state issued equipment. I'd countersue the other woman for $25M, as well. For slander and perjury. Reverse the RO and clear your name. You're not getting your job back. Put that to rest. Go private security. But you're about to retire with full benefits and can go do whatever you want. Get a good attorney and don't back down from anyone. They threaten to go after something, let them. They push. You push back... harder ! One way or another you've got to take this to the end. Don't let anyone push you around even if something might be embarrassing. Sometimes the truth is, but it's only a drop in the bucket. There's no pride or ego involved in this. This is about fighting for who you, not what they allege that you did. Once all of these other officers are subpoenad, their tone is going to change.
Solution: Onlyfans in uniform. Way more respectable than being a low pay cop that no one appreciates, especially the ranking officials in the department you worked for.
@@Ivanakwilliams clearly I don’t know you and I certainly don’t judge you. I pray that you receive a fair outcome. I just share this with you in hopes that just maybe it will speak to you. I’m an old man a child of the fifties. I spent most of my adult life as a non believer. I was raised rough and was not really exposed to Gods Word. I was in a similar work world as you I just worked in the private sector I did executive protection for Senators, music executives etc. I was exposed to a lot of sexual sin and it engulfed me. I’d say 99.999% of all bad mistakes I made in my life were driven by that sin. I was in my mid sixties when I got Baptized and began to try to lead my life in accordance to Gods will. When I say God I speak of the only true God my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Over the course of my life nothing good came out of my sexual escapades. I made a lot of money and I squandered a lot of money. I pray that you will seek His word and raise your children to follow him as well. Best of luck to you and God bless. 🙏🏻
Evil doers?? This woman has admitted to sending nude photos of herself to Co workers, including her boss. She also distributed a lesbian s$x video of her and a clerical employee at the Trooper station. Now the clerical employee alleges she was drugged. That is in dispute and clearly will take time to get to the truth. But I’ve seen quotes from this woman saying she did indeed send the nudes “to see how people would respond” Firing was 100% justified and quite frankly if a male had done the same thing he would be in jail. It’s not my place to judge this woman far from it. But sending nude videos and film to do workers is very much a fireable offense. There is no place for this on any work force.
@@lewisvogel466 yea man she is a mother of 4 and allegedly drugged and graped a co worker (mother of 5) the tape is not in dispute the only dispute is if the co worker was able to consent. I wasn’t there so idk and I don’t intend to judge this young woman. Ms. Williams openly admits to the sex tape, and to sharing it with co workers, she said the pictures and video were unsolicited and that co workers had no idea she was sending images to them. Her Captain received both images and video. Again I’m not trying to beat her up I’m just saying if I had done any of these things I would be in jail. What breaks my heart is she has four children. At some point her innocent children will have all this rubbed in their faces. It’s hard for me to understand how she has any leg stand on in regard to reinstatement. But I’m an old man and I truly do not recognize the world anymore. So sad. I wish her well and I pray she will seek out Jesus and really pray about what she is involved in. If for no other reason than for her children. 👍🏻🙏🏻 Oh yeah the State claims she had used her state of Mississippi phone to look up porn. She denies this but claims it must have been one of her children. ??????
