Do you know. I’m an adult and I grew up with this and now I’m stuffed.. is there much I can do now to fix my issues? My parents never noticed anything wrong with me but I have a lot of things wrong incl autism adhd and I use so so many muscle groups to do the simplest things etc

You can always make changes. You can work with a PT or potentially a trainer to work on getting your muscles stronger in isolation.

Good morning! My son has cerebral palsy with high muscle tone. He is two years old stuck with one group of mouvements, the back arching with the head one side and lower boddy twisted toward the opposite side. We have been encouraged with a standding frame should we not use it? And so you this group of mouvment will one day go away?

It's hard to answer without knowing your child. I would be working on movements that encourage flexion as well as the extension and allow him to extend part of his body without extending the whole body
