Our bodies need some daily value of multivitamins which we surely need to-give our kids and there is no harm in it but in case of deficiency only meds by doctor shall be given . Vitamin d needs calcium to get absorbed so ensure that calcium vitamin is added in the diet artificially via multivitamins
