as little rain as we have had in the last month I think things are doing well. im hoping for this storm that's coming on Friday to dump a 2 inch soaker on us. but if its not 2 inches I will be happy with whatever it is.
I really like how you explain a problem you’re dealing with, the treatment for the problem, and the result. Been watching for years and I watch nearly every video you post. Thanks for bringing us in for a look at what happens on the Pandy farm. Send the family my well-wishes for success, health and happiness.
Great videos Wes glad I found this channel couple years ago. Great channel to watch and see ups and downs of farming. Awesome to see someone own everything they do. Good luck on this years crop’s and keep the content coming. Blessings to u and family
Thanks Wes, enjoyed a walk through the fields. That's some really nice looking corn you have there. I'm sure you'll get the soy beans figured out soon too. Love to hear the corn rustling in the breeze when I'm standing in the middle of a corn field. 👍👍😊😊
Wes loving all your content and the overview you share on your farm and crops. It’s great to hear your theory and then the actual results from the fields and plants. Appreciate what you’re doing all the way from Northern Ireland!
You see burnt beans all over the place. Last couple years I have rinsed my sprayer and then put water and tank cleaner in it run through booms and let it sit overnight and soak. Works pretty good so far
Don't stop I enjoy listening to you, you are no different than any other farmer you have to trial and error when you have different problems no one is perfect it might work for you but not for someone else that one of the reasons I listen to you. Thank you
Trying new methods will have ups and downs. It’s interesting watching you figure everything out. What works this year might not work as well next year.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, ideas and videos. Nice to see the beans and corn doing so well. You definitely have some knowledge coming thru on your actions. Just watched millennial, he had a drone company come by and demo the system they have, had a nice drones port up off the ground on a large trailer that was impressive. Trying to get battery swaps and tank fills closer to a racing crew pit stop.
Gabe Brown continued to use fertilizer for about 20 years after he started using notill and covers. He also said don't stop using fertilizer until your at a place where you can. I'd say your on the right track.
Good video been in the same boat take all your end caps off the boom you would be surprised how much crap that comes out had the same problem with a the same sprayer
Another channel I watch triple R Farms out of Alabama. They have deer and hog damage. Went to penergetic and sprayed on seems they really had good luck with it.
I remember watching that video in June and commented that it was probably Oxygen and Compaction. Your doing an awesome job i can tell you from experience that using cover crops and learning from your mistakes and just learning in general will put you above the rest. The only thing i hate to see is you using SOOO many herbicides like Atrazine, (wont get into why but you can probably guess and its not that im a organic tree hugger) but in time you will use a lot less to none at all once you find the perfect balance. Great Job
why buy a deep ripper , just use a chiesel plow to make a 12 row strip till. A couple coulties per row plus shank. could save alot of money if you build it yourself
