Me encantan tus videos Yessi , y como escucho Que siempre dices Que no tienes nada Que hacer . Y no se si te aburres de estar en tu casa , como yo 😂 yo no puedo estar en la casa encerrada todos Los Dias . Una sugerencia nada MAs por Que no vas al gym, o Ala biblioteca, al cine , lugares Donde puedes ser voluntaria. Or tambien hobbies? Tal vez classes de como hacer velas, javones etc . My mom suffers from fibromyalgia and she is always in pain so I understand you when it comes to the joint chronic pain 😣 and mentally I think we all have those days !! Question does ur condition affect your ability to talk? Well hang in there god is always listening and watching!

Yessi you spend too much time doing nothing inside your home, cleaning, washing, cooking are chores all of us do in our every day lives plus working. I know you struggle with your disability but look at Lizzie Velasquez, Melissa Blake, etc they all studied something, stay busy and are active members of society. You should keep your mind busy by being productive, find a hobby, study something, get a new job, etc because that's the reason you are spending too much time worrying and overthinking, too much free time not doing much

2 Timothy 1:7 For GOD has not given us the spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind. I believe since you’re a believer so you say maybe you should reach out to your church and have your PASTOR pray for you. You should be reading your word and casting out your fears, anxiety out to the Lord as him to free you from anything that is not from him. And just because you don’t like to be happy doesn’t mean you should expect others to cater to that feeling. Understand it’s something in you that refrains you from being able to be happy and don’t blame other for joking around or having a good time. No need to be a amargada. Seeking a therapist but not seeking God isn’t what we are to do. Try having a relationship w God remember it’s not about religion it’s about RELATIONSHIP which is what he wants from us.

Are you open to trying holistic medicine? For some people, accupuncture helps with arthritis of the hands. Or, as someone else commented, use warm/hot water to alleviate the aches.

The whole acupuncture scares me they did it ones and it hurt me but I do try other things
