Pricing -- I think an earlier Mighty Buildings video comment suggested a price of $182k for a 350sf ADU..... ouch ! Hope that is NOT the correct price.
No stove that wouldn’t work for me…I love 💕 to cook and bake….and then no gas appliances? Figures that’s CA no wonder are leaving that state……gas safe on electricity I know my electric bill keeps going up…👎👎👎👎
@@ChrisMcOG $240k? That's a Lot for 700 sq ft. I figured it might be 1/2 that, especially since its 3D printed and built quasi assembly line style in a factory, like a car. I know theyve got to recoup their R&D costs, but that's approx $350/sq ft.
@@DesignerVIsuals These prefabs only benefit retail companies it seems that can build it conveniently off site and save money but yet charge the consumer full stick build price.
