Looks fine, but price is more than double from that of Boxable’s Casita and with less square feet (390 vs 350), plus free shipping from LV to California, AZ, Utah and of course NV..does also come with a bigger refrigerator included and oven 🤔

So glad you're covering this! The 3d printing technique used here is fascinating, and only one of many -- there are concrete 3d printers that print entire houses on site too!

Well,115.000 usd,make in china is 15.000 usd with double area ,with much more tech included,,this model is based in Coodo design by German company ,I think it's better this company watch the market .This prices are to much overrated,but ok this a new trendy and it's just for a few people ,when this solution can fix the problems of habitat in world

Subscribed! I've been highly interested in 3D pre-feb houses thesedays. I came a cross Mighty Buildings and I'm scheduled for tour this Saturday in LA. Lots of questions to ask..but thanks for the video!

Very cool! Does this structure meet safety codes relevant to earthquakes and use fire retardant materials? Can the bathroom be modified to fit a tub/shower combo?

Will this builder work with PACE loan? And what percentage is the non building costs relative to the building? Or is the $115k inclusive of foundation and plumbing as well?

Just previewed this popup bc of your video. TY sir. I think its a great idea but it will probably take a few years to be a viable solution for us developers. Pricing needs to be more competitive with onsite builds. Nevertheless, 3D printing homes is in the near future.

Victor I'm glad you like the video. I have to say the 3d printed house is a solid product. If i had space in my back yard i would get one. I hope prices become more competitive in the future so more people can get one.

At 1:27 in this video, where the back of the ADU is being shown, there is a big chunk or gouge toward the top edge which makes me wonder how durable this material really is. Please explain what happened there, and how would a person have confidence that when the ADU is delivered that there would be no damage?

So 5 yrs ago 3d houses was supposed to revolutionized housing. Fast forward they are more expensive, not mobile ie heavy, can't make it bigger, and a big failure. This is not an option for 90% of people looking for an adu. You can buy a boxale or cube for less than half the price and you can move it.
