I really enjoy your narration as you tour the properties. Unlike others you don't use lots of unnecessary "salesy" words to describe spaces in a fake, overly excited manner. Yours is calm and informative, keep up the great work! Really hope that one day we will be in a position to buy one of your great properties through you.

Once again another great video, the 3rd home is perfect. The light bulbs are just going off in my head, the master suite is HUGE, the renovation I visualize for this home plus the addition of a pool / spa This would be a masterpiece definitely the talk of the town👍🏾👍🏾

The last home was beautiful. Can you show the interior of the garage car guys like myself need to see the space and the ceiling high. I have a four post lift in my garage just need to no if it will fit some of these properties. THANKS keep up the good work 👍👍

I can't believe what the bank is asking for the last home. Wow, are they insane? That property is going to require a lot of work including gutting the entire outdated kitchen & certainly tearing up those disease-infested carpets. Unless the bank reduces the price of this property considerably it's going to be sitting on the market for a very long time.
