As soon as I saw the thumbnail for that house on Boggy Creek I knew I had to comment. That house is going to be hard to sell. Why? Because 1) it’s on BOGGY CREEK. You can see all the traffic immediately behind the realtor, 2) there’s a trailer park right behind this house full of sexual predators and convicts, and lastly 3) WAY OVERPRICED .

I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $21k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my finances remain secure. So I really don't blame people who panic.
Florida is my home state and it’s going to hell. I was lucky. I sold out near the top of the market and moved to the mountains. My expenses here are roughly 1/2 of what they were in Florida. Not only that but I have 25 acres on the side of a mountain with an 80 mile view. Do I miss Florida? Ask me if I miss the gangs and crime and the fact that everybody is packing a gun. Then there are the attacks on the immigrants that pick our fruits and vegetables along with librarians and teachers. The European tourists don’t show up in the keys anymore and call us the hate state. the traffic is unbearable. I’m never going back.

Kaleb. I’m late but I’m here. 1st home. Looks like a nice neighborhood and like the elevation. Paved driveway. Great curb appeal. Unique layout. Didn’t expect 3 bedrooms and a bath upfront to the left. Oh the primary has pool access. Appreciate the his/hers and linen closet. Good size en-suite. Dining room/2 living rooms/kitchen/nook. Laundry. Another bedroom & bath with pool access. Nice backyard. Covered lanai & enclosed beautiful large pool and still green space. Yesssss to the 🥑 tree. 2nd home like the elevation. Oh a circular driveway. Doesn’t look like a 5-bedroom from the front. Hey Mabel. Don’t like the kitchen in front and in view. Thought I was seeing the faucet through the window. Like the floors. Big primary with pool access. En-suite a little small as well as the closet. Oh bedroom 2 has an en-suite. The kitchen at least is nice. Nook at the very front and a dining area/living room open concept . Laundry. Appreciate the ceiling fans. The 2nd Jack n Jill bedroom very small. Last bedroom with en-suite. And a 1/2 bath too? Great. Lovely covered enclosed lanai & pool. Oh. Spiral stairs to a rooftop deck. Cool 😎. My besties at Universal right now. Oh everything looks delish. Thanks for sharing 🤗

The first house was good. No offense, but I am tired of viewing floorplans designed for investors that have no closet space, cabinets in the kitchen, or room in the garage. Living full time in Florida requires a different living space than a house for temporary residents.

Is it part of the Hoa? Is Garbage,Recycling,wifi,cable included,if Hoa doesnt take care of landscaping maintenance how much does the owner pay,thank u

Landscaping can go from $100 to $150 a month depending on who the owner hires, or if they want to do it on their own and save that money. Garbage and Recycling is through municipality services. HEY KALEB, LOVE THE FIRST HOUSE. ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING,THE KITCHEN IS PROBABLY MY FAVORITE ROOM. NOT A FAN OF SWIMMING POOL, OVERALL THE PRICE IS REALLY GOOD. I THOUGHT THIS HOME WOULD SELL FOR THE MID $550,000-$600.000, TOTALLY AWESOME. SO THE 2ND, HOME, IS REALLY NICE, GREAT UPDATING, BUT TO ME IT LOOKS LIKE A SHOW HOME. THE FIRST HOME SEEMS LIKE HOME. First house is awesome. The resort amenities are wonderful a couple thousand a year HOA for those isn't too bad either. On a personal note, I appreciate that they stripe their lawn. 🙌🏽
