I was worried about my favorite tree. They had posted that they had lost a lot of big trees, so I was concerned. That’s one of the main reasons I went on this particular day. I knew that Live Oak Allee was spared, but I wasn’t sure about the other trees I liked. I have a few trees at the state parks that I’m fond of as well. 🙂

Lovely video and glad to see things look pretty normal and that Donna's tree...I think it was the tulip tree, is still standing beautifully. The sculptures were all beautiful and one of my favorite flowers the hydrangea, white or blue, were gorgeous. Everything looked lush and beautiful after all that rain so that was one good thing about a rain storm. I got unsubscribed comment one time also...It was very long so I think that was why...so I reposted and it stayed. So I comment on everyone of your videos so if you dont see a comment, it was deleted, . I am trying to keep them shorter and not too long.

My favorite tree is the huge one that has a lot of style to it. There’s a certain angle that makes it look so beautiful. A lot of people photograph it, so I’m pretty sure that other people love the tree as well. The only time I ever delete a comment is if it is absolutely ridiculous. I had to lock down comments on one of my Buc-ee’s videos one time because the comments were getting out of hand. I don’t go for people fighting in my comments. They can take that elsewhere. I try to maintain a positive channel for the most part, and I want positive feedback. There is nothing wrong with expressing feelings, but I have issues when it attacks peoples character. I might be in trouble myself for long comments. I can write a book when I’m texting. 😂😂😂

I was hoping to catch a glimpse of a statue that scared the beJesus out of me, and you gave just that a glimpse! Thank you for such a great walk through my favorite place.. You ladies are awesome for sharing with us, we all appreciate it! Blessings from Connecticut

There’s a couple of statues there that I don’t like. There’s one that is near Time and the Fates of Man that I do not like to see at all. I try to avoid it each time I visit. It’s a severely malnourished man hanging up on a post of some sort. Brookgreen will always be one of my favorite places to visit. It’s so beautiful all year long. I always like to hear where people are from that watch me. I believe you are the first that has said Connecticut.

What an amazing place . I bet it's just magical at night with the lanterns lite up . The table showing the different flowers they has there was really nice . My favorite was the purple one at the end . Loved to shape and color . The bee is sooo cute . The oak trees in this garden are magnificent with their Spanish moss hannging from them . I really liked the one standing alone . So sad they lost so many trees during that storm . That first alligator you saw would have had me going the opposite way real quick, lol . I scare easily . The statues were just beautiful . Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us . Y'all stay safe . 😊

It is one of the most beautiful places in South Carolina. I listen to conversations when I’m there, and people talk about how beautiful it is, and I have to realize that I’m fortunate enough to be able to visit it anytime I want to. I’m not really scared of alligators as long as I can see them. I don’t want one lunging at me like the crocodile did in the movie Crocodiles Dundee. I’d probably have a heart attack. It was sad to see all the damage, but fortunately Live Oak Allee was spared.
