A look at the Leica M Typ 240 Menus 

The smooth color film (FILM MODE) is a hidden gem on this camera that nobody talks about.

I have got my M240 unpacked now for about an hour...was searching for the B&W Settings ... got it now - thanks mate ! 👍

I’m wondering your setting profile 4, film mode will not take effect on the picture if you set shooting only in DNG file format, film mode works only for jpeg

FYI Film Mode does not reflect on DNG RAW Files, it only affects JPG's.

You missed any explanation on light meter settings.. multi field has special requirements verses center weighted and spot. Different types of metering there..and they must match to work correctly.
