If I had to pick one camera to use for everything without needing to switch out lenses, pack filters, or fiddle around with in between shots, it would have to be the Sony ZV1.
This is a capable camera in nearly any scenario and has all the tools built in that you may need without any accessories (the Bluetooth tripod/remote is a pleasant bonus).
