So this was my first adventure into Van Life. We rented a Ford Transit conversion van from Wandervans and this is our first impressions. We took this bad boy down to Moab to see what the Van Life was all about.

Very cool. Looking at getting one of these in April to visit yellowstone and grand Teton. Now wondering if its worth it with the mileage. Do you know if that milage counter restarts daily or if you can for example drive 100 miles one day and essentially have 150 miles the following day and be in the same position

It does restart daily, sorry if I didn't clarify, that would be 150 miles per day. We did very much enjoy it. I would also recommend getting the insurance unless you know that your insurance will cover windshields. Mine didn't and we had a big rock fly up and crack it... So now out my deductible. Main thing though... Have fun 😀

Does the van have an inverter for charging electronics?

it doesn't have an inverter only the standard battery is my understanding.
