What has not been addressed is the fact that as a young organization SDA needed paying members (newly emancipated blacks) to expand and sure up the "company". Address that. What would happen if the blacks had gone elsewhere?

Praise GOD for that stirring & powerful presentation, I have only grown to love Ellen G. Very interesting history on SDA and Blacks. I never knew exactly how the Black and White conferences came about nor did I know the history of Pastor Charles Kenny being the first Black SDA. But now that I am where I am now I realize that this two (Black and White conferences) was the providence of God leading.
Are you deceived by wanting to be accepted? Why is the white sda church losing members why do your youth escape and majority become anything less than a born again believer?
