3 weeks ago I saw this video just to visualize how my gym would be. A couple of days afterwards I had my first bjj class and now 3 weeks in I'm hooked! Learned my first techniques this week and I am more than happy to embrace this journey. Thank you for the inspiration!

Absolutely!! My school has a ton (I’d say the majority) of those who train over 40 :)

Do you personally change how you roll if you’re against someone smaller than you?

It depends! If they're smaller and a lower rank, I'll give enough pressure/strength to make them feel it (lol) but not to the point where it's unnecessary. I might also play more guard. But, if they're smaller and technically the same or better than me, I'll use what I got hahah.
