What does it take to become a priest in the Diocese of Wichita? How do young men discern their vocation and grow in their relationship with God and the people they will serve? In this video, you will get a glimpse of the life and mission of the St. Joseph House of Formation, a unique program that prepares college seminarians for the priesthood in the context of parish life and stewardship. You will hear from Father Chad Arnold, the director of the house, and about the experiences of the seminarians living in community, studying, praying together, cooking, cleaning, and having fun. You will also learn about the history and vision of the house, which has grown from seven to 28 seminarians in just six years.
