A little history about that second song that came out. Some DJ mixed it up in Germany and made this song really huge, but he didn’t have the permission of the artist to do it. So they sued him for it and got ownership of the mix, but the original song artist did not have permission for the lyrics to the remake so they copy his lyrics and put it into his voice.
Not true! The german artist had ERVERY right to sample his song, he got permission, but his mix was more popular than "Jerk" So Oliver Tree remade his mix and re-released it... he stole this song! The german boy even gave 100% of the money he made to the original producers of jerk... some dude / oliver tree / Robin Schulz He is a thief!
@@Unboundmakesvideosdo some research but since you didn’t first he released it independently but then he got permission to release it under a big label aka sony
I remember both music videos. I still think he looks gangsta af in the "Miss You" video. Definitely wouldnt expect a guy like him to make the music that he does. Definitely a unique treasure in my generation.
@@leonasty69 i think cowboy tears was a really good album honesty but miss you is just a bad nightcore remix and i think its when it became viral and Oliver published the videoclip that was when he changed
