the only thing that decides if I will buy it again, is if the other teams are actually able to keep up in development. Makes no sense and no fun to have the best car in the 2nd season as any team

OK, a step forward with one now can change team. I take for granted that it is also the AI team directors that can be "picked" or swop themselves to other teams. Like Football Manager, which is what goes on IRL. Not only drivers do change teams. Good they do listen but this should have been in the first version already, so wonder how they really think among those Devs ??? But in whole it looks like it will take another 2-3 years to get a really good playable version of this game. Since I bet this version will have some corky bugs in it with this new features, and then they are stuck in iron out those instead of making a gigant leap ahead. Hopefully they get there in the end, and not used up those folks buying without checking long before. Some just demand more before commiting such a high price each and every year and just getting smaller things beside that big one of swopping teams.

@@stanleyrosella7042 it would be very entertaining, although I would like a element of media being introduced that can give some logic behind transfers of drivers and managers. Thatd be really cool if theres was a reactive media alongside events occurring in the sim.

Your Lewis Hamilton 'signing' comparison isn't accurate. If you do game as Mercedes. He wouldn't sign with you no matter what. Once he refused to sign, he's happily sign for a team lower down the order on far less. Swapping teams is a least a good feature. But, the devs are really expecting us tp pay full price for minimal changes after last years game was barely supported?? The AI still can't keep pace in design/research which makes long term saves totally unviable. The biggest problem you're gonna get is persueding people that bought the first game to buy into this early. With most buying it in the sales or not at all.
