Good conversation. The bottom line is men and women tend to have different roles in intiating relationships. Men tend to pursue women in relationships. If a man does not feel the women is a 'threat' to his relationship, there's no need for him putting energy in to confronting the other party. For a woman, since she is the one being pursued, she will always shut it down aggressively if she is happy in her relationship.
This is really what I have been trying explain to most men including my hubby. I really receive grace for my husband to grow into this level of understanding and even more. I am really blessed by this.
Maturity comes into a play a lot. Many men who are intentional with growing and learning become more conscious about this with time. There is a sense of responsibility towards your partner you feel that will make you prioritize their security and not leave them feeling insecure. Men need to learn to state it out really, most of them break the boundaries and makes it easier for these issues to slide in.. they kind of enjoy the attention and the feeling of being single and that is why most of them will rather not stroke out anything that is going beyond limit.
I am married and i believe in not doing too much . As well as lets us live our individuality. Marriage is a very dynamic institution and not one shoe fits all. But it also depends on the personality of the man or woman! If your husband typically doesnt like confrontation or being choked! He will pretend or manage you perfectly to have peace and youd live in years not knowing . I have learnt with time to let my man be comfortable with me , including telling me his thoughts and how he thinks and i expressing my concerns if need be! Not over doing😂 . Like we women hello hi next thing vex! We jump to conclusions. Many women living fake lives or couples living a lie! Let my man bare all of him to me and i to him. Im open to his thoughts and how we can help it evolve. I have told my man i had feelings for someone at work and we navigated through it. And vice versa rather than boundaries this that . When its not military rule. At the end people will still do what they want and not necessarily cause of the fear of spouse, but fear of greater power God/ fear of losing family(avoid loneliness/ fear of what will people say etc
