Yesterday a lady pulled over for the second time and yelled encouraging words about my consistency when I was doing my Burpees routine in the park. One Hundred Triple Pump Navy Seal Burpees followed by Three Deep Explosive Squats, totalling 300 pushups and 300 squats.

This is so true when ever I got out of shape and it’s happened a few times I could see the difference I work now in construction and I do notice that women act different when ever I walk up to them no matter where it is they get quiet and I can feel the tension I’m giving off I literally watch them get flustered and I’m not in the best shape yet but I’m rough and rugged with a edge and a deep voice especially in the morning. I’ve also learned how to turn it up a notch and I can lower my voice a few decimals and slow down my speech just a little. This never fails to cause the women to look me right in my eyes she is testing is this real and I look right back at her. Knowing that she probably don’t run into this everyday not as heavy as I dish it out. What we as men must also understand is this is rear for her and she usually will not know what to do with the emotions she is now dealing with.

Also, for some weird reason, if you’re a black man, even if you’re short like me, I’m only 5,8 women will go crazy over your body. If it’s on point. Like I said, in my last comment, I’ve had nasty porno sex with chicks who were taller than me, weren’t all attracted to me in the face just because my body was on point because at the end of the day women are having sex with your body not your face. And for my experience, they seem to give Blackman a pass in the heat department if our bodies are on point I’ve heard she’s way taller than me lust after me.

BodyGameNation in the building unc! Unc I can’t tell you how much living proof of the facts you speak in this video. I have had my own family members (female cousins) tell me personally that I have a built that women want to sleep with and I’ve been a witness of that every since. Also with me being in a sport of building building( Mens Physique) when we would practice posing with our shirts off in a private gym with women inside working out as well, the women would stop what they’re doing to watch us pose. Since 2020 I started working out doing calisthenics, pushups, pullups, dips etc. All bodyweight exercises. I went from 63kgs to 75kgs. One day when I was walking in the mall, I came across the guys who were promoting Planet fitness, handing out flyers/pamphlets; they asked me if I was working out because my chest looked money! I told them that I train in the park doing calisthenics. They asked me to visit their gym for free maybe I might be interested in joining them. The following day I went to the gym. They did all the neccessary procedures like checking my Body Mass Index (BMI). The lady who was checking me was amazed to find out that I was 10% body fat & 40 body mass. She even told me that out of more than a thousand members they have, were five members with less than 10% body fat. She said that was a distinction when it comes to fitness. Fellas, I don't care whether you lifting weights or doing calisthenics, as long as you're doing something results will show. Uncle Rom, keep on spreading the word & saving lives!

Calisthenics is something I always wanted to switch to and have been able to recently make the transition with Burpees. I've been doing walking Lunges around the track for years but recently added Navy Seals and Five Pump Burpees. Yesterday I did 300 Pushups, and 300 Jump Squats via 100 Triple Pump Navy Seals followed by Squats. My body loves it.

One thing about me, I’m going to the gym. I’m tryna build more size and increase my relative strength and absolute strength overall on the bench, squat and deadlift. I also want to improve my cardiovascular conditioning and speaking of that, im gonna go to the beach and do some sprints in a few hours. Not only is training necessary but for its truly fun. I’ve worked at dollar tree doing the truck, working the back room and going to the gym during my off time. I am already handsome with naturally broad shoulders still skinny and was still getting hit on from women older than me and being stared at from girls younger than me I’m 24 now. I was doing nothing but dips pull ups and Z presses and planks only because I was squatting all day at my job anyway. When I tell you how many times I was getting stared at and hit on in a lustful way even more so in front of their boyfriends from new and repeat customers when I stared to gain muscle and more of my confidence being a shy guy was insane especially during the holidays. I no longer work there and now focusing on body game before I get a new job. Everything that you’re saying is not only true but human nature or like you said on a primal level. Even for us men too we look at fitness models or ig models in general because they work on their butt and slim thick physique in the gym or naturally show it off through their clothes. No different from women being attracted to a man’s upper body shoulders back neck etc. I’m definitely going to stay consistent not for the sake of women but understanding disciplining the body shows discipline overall
