One of the most compelling web shows I have seen, probably in India's history and something I feel, every indian should watch! #rocketboys is available on #sonyliv and has little to no buzz. The #jimsarbh and #ishwaksingh starrer is a product from #bollywood that everyone should pay attention to! I hope you like the Rocket Boys Season 2 Review & Analsysis | Jim Sarbh & Ishwak Singh Interview With Anmol Jamwal

@@TriedRefusedProductions I have this pet peeve that this show deals with very controversial issues and some issues while true to the history becomes very anti us. So, while they realised that season 1 had become very popular, so maybe the internet companies were directed to not to let this show s2 become popular. My most favourite character was Pipsy. When Homi died, I literally cried. It was like an incomplete love-story. The two deserved so much better. Also, it is very rare to see an actor like Jim Sarbh who initially started off with negative roles, rise to such a huge level and establish himself in a cut-throat industry like Bollywood. So much so that he will be remembered in his role as Homi Jehangir Bhabha for the years to come. I hope he grows as actor, and I personally wish to see him as the main lead in a commercial movie which makes 1000+ Cr. I know the last one was too far fetched 😬 But no harm in trying😍. APJ Abdul Kalm deserves his own series or film. He is the most loved scientist and president of contemporary India till date.

I'm just grateful for such a wonderful series like this to exist for the Indian audiences. I have always heard about these great scientists (Dr. Homi Bhabha, Dr. Vikram Sarabhai) but I never bothered to learn more about them or how exactly they were involved in the country's progress. Through this wonderfully directed show, I'm just inspired and motivated by their patriotism and how they kept the interest of the country above everything else. These scientists are our true heroes and we should celebrate them more in our media, print, and culture. I hope this show gets more viewership and audience because every Indian must watch this and understand and appreciate our history. This show is about the struggles faced by India and these scientists to prepare and develop India's first nuclear bomb. Despite oppositions from all the neighboring countries and the powerful USA/CIA, we have managed to achieve our goal of creating this bomb. All thanks to the contributions by so many of our scientists, that today India is able to guard its borders from enemies. This show is a combination of suspense/thriller/patriotism. Much better than any of the other thriller movies which you might see, and also this is mostly based on real life. Overall, I'm happy to have watched this show and looking forward to more such shows and to learn more about our unsung heroes.

A glimpse into their personal life connects us with each of the characters so well. Best part is that they have shown each character convincingly with their plus points and as well as grey shades. The show has successfully shown each character as human rather than hero worshiping. In today’s one sided narrative this show has successfully shown the challenges faced by our national leaders post independent India. It also showed their courage which helped our country to make progressive decisions. The time progression was shown so organically that viewer got engrossed into the series. The ending was beautiful and I was speechless at the end.

Rocket Boys is a piece of India history that we lost. I felt so inspired from the 1st part. Both Sarabhai and Homi Bhabha were visionary. Both of them were from Privillaged family but they used their privileges for betterment of others.

A show which managed to keep its heroes grounded, yet launched them into the stars. This was the perfect blend of fact, fiction, love, patriotism, pride and many other emotions. Nothing over the top, and it still came out looking like the best show of Indian OTT. Sony has been silently killing it with these productions, and I truly hope this show gets the success it deserves

I completely loved Rocket Boys. Season 2 was even better. It usually doesn’t happen that the sequel lives up to the hype of Season 1. Well, the reason is the vision of the makers, story telling, editing, camera work, acting, it was just brilliant. It’s one of the best work made in the last few years. Jim, Ishwak and Arjun, in fact all actors were superb in their roles. It felt like that Dr. Bhabha and Dr. Sarabhai were like this in real life. I wish we could explore more on Dr. Kalam though. There were scenes that brought tears to my eyes, the Krishi Darshan scene, was one such example. Truly heart touching.

This series is sooo underrated. One of the most amazing Indian shows I've watched after a long time. I think one of the reasons why it is being ignored is because of the streaming platform, if this series would have been on Netflix then I think more people would have watched it, Netflix lost a gem. I just finished watching this show today and it left a really positive impact on me. No over the top drama, no stupid dialogues. Just perfection. Very well presented show. Loved it.

What i loved about season 2 was that show was so solid that it carried itself on its own even after both the protagonist's exit. And it's so rare to witness in a web show. Also, it's a freaking reflection of reality, you know? That there are people who become such stepping stones for the next generation. The show must always go on! ❤

Excellent interview Jammy! Tough luck with Ishwak. From his body language of crossed legs, fingers, facial expressions, he appeared so closed and disinterested in the interview. As if he was forced to sit through it. And Jim Sarbh on the other hand was the exact opposite, very open and eager to answer.

Somehow having watched both the seasons, my favourite is the first one.. that was more character driven and the scientific aspects were very nicely explained even for the layman.. also the personal aspects were so neatly etched out.. this season kinda goes mission impossible after the fourth episode and while the thrilling aspects are also well enacted and picturized, I connected more with the first season. Having said that I'm sure there will be audiences who will resonate equally with season 2 as well... All in all , a very watchable and highly engaging docu drama which for a change is NOT a crime thriller.. Highly recommended ❤️
